# Pricing

**By being part of your birthday celebration, festival or open day, MakerMobile can help you deliver a fun and memorable event with activities suited for a wide range of participants and ages.**

**[Exploration](/content/events-workshops/our-activities/exploration-activities/ "Exploration Activities"/index.html)** activities are included in our base pricing. **[Project](/content/events-workshops/our-activities/project-activities/ "Project Activities"/index.html)** activities are project-oriented and result in take-home treasure, so there’s an extra charge per participant. Here’s an overview of our baseline pricing (to see what’s included and what’s not, please read the notes below).

## Party Package
- 2 hours of [Exploration](/content/events-workshops/our-activities/exploration-activities/ "Exploration Activities"/index.html) activity time (choose one activity)
- Additional charges apply for [Project](/content/events-workshops/our-activities/project-activities/ "Project Activities"/index.html) activities
- Includes MakerMobile truck, two instructors and all necessary supplies
- Price: **$375**

## Half-Day Package
- 4 hours of [Exploration](/content/events-workshops/our-activities/exploration-activities/ "Exploration Activities"/index.html) activity time (choose one or two activities*)
- Additional charges apply for [Project](/content/events-workshops/our-activities/project-activities/ "Project Activities"/index.html) activities
- Includes MakerMobile truck, two instructors and all necessary supplies
- Price: **$650**

## Full-Day Package
- 6 hours of [Exploration](/content/events-workshops/our-activities/exploration-activities/ "Exploration Activities"/index.html) activity time (choose one or two activities*)
- Additional charges apply for [Project](/content/events-workshops/our-activities/project-activities/ "Project Activities"/index.html) activities
- Includes MakerMobile truck, two instructors** and all necessary supplies***
- Price: **$925**

**Please note the following:**

\* If multiple activities are chosen, there will be a short downtime while we switch from one to another.

\*\* A third person is generally required for a full-day event. There is an extra cost of $50/hr if we supply that person.

\*\*\* If you choose [Project activities](/content/events-workshops/our-activities/project-activities/ "Project Activities"/index.html) there will be an extra per-person charge. Kits, if required, will be provided at a 35% discount when supplied as part of an event.

Travel time, fuel, set-up and take-down are included in the above prices, but out-of area charges may apply if the event is outside our home area of Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster and the North Shore.

The MakerMobile can accommodate 10 participants at a time - if larger numbers of guests need to be accommodated we can work with you to customize the format. This may include, for example, using a marquee or indoor space.
